MEDIATION AND HUMAN RIGHTS DEPARTMENT

Fosters individual fundamental rights and the rights of refugees and displaced persons, and persons with disabilities. Advocates for human rights and freedom, justice for the oppressed persons and communities. Fights against rape, unlawful torture, and arbitrary detention. Advocates against all kinds of racial and tribal discrimination and sentiments. Promotes peace-building initiatives and conflict resolution mechanisms to prevent and mitigate disputes and violence. Builds bridges across individuals and Communities in conflict for mutual settlement peaceful resolution rather than violence and conflict amongst people. Provides legal support and representation to the victims of abuse, human rights violation and the unjustly treated.
