SHUF is an active global initiative and a dynamic agenda for humanity, our entire mission is, the safety and well being of humanity, for this reason, SHUF’S works ranges from humanitarian, resilience and development contexts-as a global beacon of hope and panacea for human development. SHUF’s innovative, transformative and sustainable initiatives are rendered in voluntary service through humanitarian aid interventions, human rights advocacy and defense, care of homeless and displaced persons, refugees, vulnerable street Children, helpless pregnant teenage girls and advocacy for good and quality education, poverty alleviation programs, Community development empowerment exercise, energy and clean water schemes, Eco-friendly and environmental justice, pandemic emergency relief assistance, fight oppression, modern slavery, child trafficking and substance abuse menace. At Safeguard Humanity Foundation, our mission is clear and unwavering and primarily based on the five fundamental principles or objective or pillars of our foundation: to protect,and to defend, to provide, and to preserve, to promote the life, and dignity, the integrity and total well-being of the human person of every tribe and tongue, people and nations. Guided by these five fundamental objectives, Safeguard Humanity Foundation strives to create a safer, a healthier, and a more equitable world for all.
Addressing the Trust Members in his inaugural speech on May 2016, Francesco said, “Beyond all dreams and frivolities, our mission, duty and responsibility are to protect and to defend, to preserve, to provide and to promote the Life, Dignity and Integrity of the human person of every tribe and tongue, people and nations as may be timely and urgently needed globally. This dynamic and visionary idea was conceptualized crystally in the singular term Safeguarding Humanity as a foundation. This is a call to the foundation members to shield and defend, to secure, to wall and to guard the human family using all available means and resources to achieve this global mission and objectives, and the nature of which is, an ongoing mission and one of our greatest obstacles shall be man himself.
The Principles
At the heart of our mission lies a deep and unwavering commitment to the well-being of humanity, guided by five foundational principles in every initiatives and decision making and this is fundamental core values on which our organization is founded: These are( 1. To Protect the human life, dignity and integrity, (2. To Defend humanity, (3. To Provide for the well-being of humanity, (4. To Preserve humanity, our dynamic cultural, environmental, and natural heritages, and (5. To Promote the human life, dignity and integrity. These are not just words; they are the essence of who we are, what we do, and why we exist. Each principle shapes our vision and fuels our action, driving us to create meaningful change in the lives of individuals and communities around the world.
1. We Protect
– Safeguarding the human well-being: Ensuring the safety and security of individuals and communities.
– Mentorship and support: Providing guidance and mentorship to help individuals navigate life’s challenges. SHUF vision bearer is convinced that without any visible army, the police, or any force at the disposals or the disposal of the organization, that all Safeguardians are called; to protect and defend, to provide, to preserve and promote the human life, dignity and integrity. Our visionary concerns is all about humanity’s well being and safety from itself and natural catastrophes, wars/violence, hunger/famine, diseases/infirmities to persons, communities, the prevalent of man’s inhumanity against man, social injustice, the ills of religious fanaticism, political and social upheavals, all harming and pressing down on humanity and causing great injury to vulnerable individuals and communities[1]. SHUF’S intervention at this stage means amongst other things, leading precautionary measures in other to prevent Humanity or an aspect of the society. We believe that every human being deserves to live free from harm, fear, and oppression. Our first responsibility is to protect the most vulnerable — children, the elderly, the displaced, the abused and the marginalized. Through our outreach, advocacy, and intervention programs, we build safe spaces, respond to emergencies, and support those whose voices are often unheard. Protection is not a privilege; it is a right we fiercely uphold. SHUF believes that the Human life, dignity and integrity are at stake when human life is at service of other values or is brutally wasted in war, degraded in domestic, political, social, or religious conflict or violence. Seemingly the human life, dignity and integrity is worthless when sacrificed for any other pursuit or intent. Human dignity is at stake when it is ravaged by poverty, hunger, homelessness, and when human rights are trampled underfoot. SHUF protects the human life, dignity and integrity, and the key to human dignity is restoring the autonomy, economic, social, cultural rights and freedom of the people with reverence and deepest respect for all people.

2. We Defend
SHUF’s mission to defend the human life encompasses: Advocating for human dignity, equality, and justice, addressing violence, exploitation, and abuse, providing aid, shelter, and empowerment and fostering conflict resolution, diplomacy and the total well-being of mankind.
Man is a vulnerable creature by nature, vulnerable social being at the mercy of natural disaster, pandemics and at the mercy of his fellow men-worse of them all. Because man strives to survive and to dominate others through politics/business and family life/, to outshine others through religious faith, to minimize others, through social injustice, to subjugate others, through servitude, to impose on others, through oppression, abuses, human degradation/human trafficking, slavery, wars and maneuvering through misinformation, humiliations, propaganda and even unleashing venomous diseases on another to eliminate and to conquer, and man is also a victim of starvation, hunger, cheap labour, rape, domestic violence, deposes of his values and even his life, by robbery and thief, corruption in the highest places and the victim is the poor. Environmental stewardship: Protecting natural resources, promoting sustainability, and mitigating climate change.

SHUF is dedicated to fostering and promoting local and international laws which provides and advocates for equal rights and justice, equal distribution of the universal human and natural resources and offer to be the servant of humanity in local and global humanitarian and developmental endevour for the common good and just distributions human resources even to the poorest and developing nations, countries and communities. To this end, SHUF is at the service of humanity for sustainable economy, tactical development, scientific and technological advancement of all people. Advancing the economic conditions of the poor and the marginalized through, ethical, legislative, moral, social and psychological support for all people in need as the voice of the voiceless, the help of the helpless and panacea of hope for all vulnerable people across the globe. Humanity is richly blessed, beautiful endowed with the wealth of natural and human resources, yet impoverished. The wealth of the world is in the hands of few people and nations. What if the world’s riches are evenly distributed or the rich generously care about the poor? Where there is need, we provide. There are schools and institutions of learning everywhere, but the world is dominated by illiterates and ignorant people. What if every government gives free education to a basic minimum of college and technical school? There are hundreds of trillions of security persons and experts all across the world, same as medical Doctors, missionaries and farmers, yet, the world is bewildered with insecurity, terrorism, robbery, diseases and infirmities, moral decadence and ethical abnormalities, food scarcity and famine.
Our principle of provision goes beyond charity — it is rooted in empathy and equity. From distributing food, water, and clothing to offering education, healthcare, and economic support, we strive to uplift lives and restore dignity. We are committed to meeting both immediate needs and long-term aspirations, ensuring that no one is left behind in their journey toward a better future. What if food chains and religion are not weaponized as means of domination and subjugation, slavery, war, violence and terrorism? The answer to all these, is that humanity will be safeguarded in progressive harmony and peace.
SHUF’S means of providing for humanity is ensuring with other local and global players that economic sustainability is activated, encouraged, monitored and ensured and that institutions of different specialties, inventions, productions positively adhere with all sincerity and lawfully to the humanity life, dignity and integrity in mind and prioritized in their scientific and technological quests, inventions and breakthroughs and not otherwise. The enormity of the human risk-challenges of our time has terribly subjugated humanity to untold hardships and sufferings, imposing on the Human Life, Dignity, and Integrity, a perilous existential threatening degradation, undoubtedly beyond imagination. While these extraordinary dangerous human experiences are the concerns of both international and domestic governments and leaderships, they are the primary concerns and main focus of Safeguard Humanity Foundation, and have not only necessitate its inevitable establishment, but chiefly shaped the organization’s mission and vision, aim, purpose and objectives, principal goals, philosophical views and cultural values.
